B16 ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION FOR SALE - AN OVERVIEW

I have a 2001 awd CRV Using the B20 engine. I really like the vehicle but wish it had far more energy for every day driving. What's included when replacing the stock head Along with the VTech head? Is there any websites/tutorials that go over this swap, also which head would I be trying to find?B18 and B16 engines are the two B-collection engines.
